Shipping costs are calculated at the time of selecting the destination address and the respective Country before submitting the order.

SHIPMENT OF GOODS

For orders paid by bank transfer, the goods are shipped as soon as we receive a copy of the transaction receipt (completed transfer). For this reason, choosing this payment method may extend delivery times;
Orders placed via PayPal, credit card, and cash on delivery are shipped the day after the order is placed;
“CITILLE DI SOPRA, www.citille.it” is not responsible for delays or damage to the goods from the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier. The carrier is responsible for the integrity of the transported material, according to the regulations indicated below.

Upon receiving the goods, the customer is advised to check:

that the number of packages received matches the number indicated on the delivery note;
that the packaging is intact in all its parts, not damaged or altered in any way;
Any discrepancies, tampering/damage, or breakage must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery by indicating “RECEIVED WITH RESERVATION FOR INSPECTION” on the delivery document. In the absence of a report, we will not be able to refund any damage that occurred during transport.
